In the Amish community of Caroline Creek, a boy disappears. The elders turn a blind eye, leaving only Maria, the stubborn sister, to defend her brother. Maria teams up with an English private investigator. They uncover mob involvement, a generations-old ongoing crime, and what's worse, participation from someone inside the community.
